The Finance and Information Services Director of the City of Renton is ordered to segregate the original assessments of Parcel lB of L.I.D. No. 332 into amended parcels 1B1, 1B2, 1B3 and 1B4, as legally described in Exhibit B attached hereto, with the tracts bearing the following assessments: LID No. 332 Segregated Parcel Square Footage Segregated Assessment Numbers For Each Parcel 1B1 225,337 $114,427.47 1B2 106,078 $ 53,865.19 1B3 214,611 $108,976.85 1B4 137,729 $ 69,937.26. SECTION III. The total of these segregated assessments equal the total unpaid assessments before segregation and, if that should not be, than each assessment will be increased proportionately to the ratio that its square footage bears to the total square footage until the sum L7 of the assessments for the parcels will total the unpaid assessment before segregation. 1 SECTION IV.
