RESOLUTION NO. 3173
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, APPROVING
FINAL PLAT (VILLAGE ON UNION. ; FILE NO. 95-201) .
WHEREAS, a petition for the approval of a final plat for the
subdivision of a certain tract of land as hereinafter more
particularly described, located within the City of Renton, has
heretofore been duly approved by the Planning/Building/Public Works
Department; and
WHEREAS, after due investigation the Administrator of the
Planning/Building/Public Works Department has considered and
recommended the approval of said final plat, and such approval
being deemed proper and advisable and in the public interest; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that appropriate
provisions are made for the public health, safety, and general
welfare and for such open spaces, drainage ways, streets or roads,
alleys, other public ways, transit stops, potable water supplies,
sanitary wastes, parks and recreation, playgrounds, schools and
school grounds and all other relevant facts, including sidewalks
and other planning features that assure safe walking conditions for
students who only walk to and from school; and

WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the public use
and interest will be served by the platting of such subdivision and
dedication;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I. The final plat heretofore submitted and
approved by the Planning/Building/Public Works Department
pertaining to the following described real estate, to wit :
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as
if fully set forth
(Property, 13 . 5 acres, is located in the vicinity of N.E.
6th Street and Union Avenue N.E. )
be and the same is hereby approved as such plat, subject to the
laws and ordinances of the City of Renton, and subject to the
findings, conclusions, and decision of the Planning/Building/Public
Works Department dated February 21 , 1996 .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 11th day of March
1996 .

EXHIBIT "A"
The north half of the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of
section 9, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, Willamette Meridian in King County,
Washington; EXCEPT the west 15 feet thereof for road; and
The south half of the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter
of section 9, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, Willamette Meridian in King County,
Washington; and
The west one acre of the north half of the south half of the northeast quarter of the
southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of section 9, Township 23 North, Range 5 East,
Willamette Meridian in King County, Washington; and
That portion of the north half of the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of the
southeast quarter of section 9, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, Willamette Meridian in
King County, Washington lying southerly of the north 130 feet of said north half;
EXCEPT the north 150 feet thereof; AND EXCEPT the east 30 feet lying southerly of
said north 100 feet for road.
