RESOLUTION NO. 3204
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITE' CLERK TO ENTER INTO A
FRANCHISE AGREEMENT WITH KING COUNTY TO PROVIDE SANITARY
SEWER. SERVICE TO THE MAPLEWOOD HEIGHTS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.
. WHEREAS, the City of Renton has agreed to provide sanitary
sewer service to the Maplewood Heights Elementary School in
unincorporated King County; and
WHEREAS, the county rights-of-way must be utilized for the
installation of the sewer main; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City of Renton to obtain a
. franchise from King County in order to utilize the county right-of-
way for the placement of the sewer line;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I. The above recitals are found to be true and
correct in all respects .
SECTION II. The Mayor or his assignee and the City Clerk
are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with King County
involving a franchise for the Maplewood Heights Elementary School
sewer line .
