RESOLUTION NO. 3233
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO ENTER INTO AN
INTERLOCAL COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF
NEWCASTLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF NEWCASTLE EQUIPMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Renton has facilities for the service and
maintenance of vehicles and electronics equipment; and
WHEREAS, the City of Newcastle desires to have the City of
Renton service and maintain its equipment; and
WHEREAS, the parties need to document the terms and conditions
of the agreement under which Renton will provide service and
maintenance of equipment to Newcastle;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I. The above recitals are found to be true and
correct in all respects .
SECTION II. The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Renton,
Washington, are hereby authorized to enter into an interlocal
cooperative agreement between the City of Renton and the City of
Newcastle for the maintenance of Newcastle equipment .
