RESOLUTION NO. 3235
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO ENTER INTO AN
INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH KING COUNTY FOR GRANT FUNDING
FOR HVAC REPLACEMENT AT THE CARCO THEATRE.
WHEREAS, the City of Renton intends to replace the HVAC
equipment at Carco Theatre; and
WHEREAS, King County has offered to provide the City with a
grant of $50, 000 . 00 representing 55% of the estimated project
costs; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to document the terms and conditions
under which the grant is provided to the City of Renton;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I. The above recitals are found to be true and
correct in all respects .
SECTION II. The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Renton,
Washington, are hereby authorized to enter into an interlocal
agreement with King County for grant funding for HVAC replacement
at Carco Theatre.
