hereinafter morexparticularly described., was duly piled Frith the City Clerk of

owners of more than two-thirds of the pralaerty■ abuttinS upon such streets and
alleys, to -crit 100% thereof; and

investigation did fix and deteriaine the 9th day of September, 1963, at the hour
of 8:00 p.m. im the Council Chambers of the Cit- of Renton to be the time and
place for public h,aring thereon and directed the City Clark to ,Give notice of
such hearing in �hc manner provided by lair; and

published and to be posted. for the time and in the manor r provided by law; and
