SECTION 4-718 OF 'I'T'I`LE IV (Building Regulations) OF ORD -
MANCE NO. 1628 ENTITLED 11001,E OF GENERAL OF.DIIvANCI,S OF
THE CITY OF REITTON, PROVIDING FOR OFF-STREET PARKING RE-
QUIREME;NTS FOR CERTAIN BUSINESSES.
BE IT ORDAINCED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF T?�a CITY OF RENTON
AS FOLLO NS;
SECTION I: Section 4-718 of Title Til (Building Regulations) of Ordinance
No. 1628 entitled "CODE OF GENERAL ORDINAD;CES OF THE CITY OF RENTON110 is hereby
amended by adding a paragraph to that certain table' entitled "LAND USE ---
NUMBER OF Pi,RKING SPACES" contained in said Section 4-718, which additional
paragraph shall read as follows:
LAND USE
All business activities conducted on
premises which are substantially in an
open, uncovered area without permanent
structure to house such business activ-
ity, including new and/or used car sales
lots, trailer and boat sales lots] and
related "open-air" sales.

One for each two employees and
in addition thereto, one off,-
street
ff'street parkin stall for each
two thousand 2000) square feet
or less of sales area. Such
parking stalls to be properly
and plainly marked "For Custo-
mer Parking",
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval, and legal publication.
