AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
VACATING PORTIONS OF 127th STREET AND 91st AVENUE
SOUTH, IN RENTON, KING COUNTY: WASHINGTON
WHEREAS a proper petition for vacating portions of 127th
Street and 91st Avenue South in Renton, King County, Washington, as
hereinafter more particularly described, was duly filed with the
City Clerk of the City of Renton on or about October 142 1957, signed
by all the owners of the property abutting upon portions of said
sttvets sought to be vacated, which petition was then referred to the
City's Planning Commission for its approval; and
WHEREAS the City Council after due investigation did fix
and determine the 12th day of November, 1957, as the date of public
hearing on said petition and directed the clerk to give notice of
said hearing in the manner provided by law and the City Council
having duly passed the proper resolution fixing and determining said
date of hearing; and WHEREAS the City Clerk had duly caused notice of
such hearing to be published and to be posted for the time and in the
manner provided by law, and the City Council having duly considered
said petition and all other matters relevant thereto and at said time
and hearing having voted to grant said petition for vacation, and
WHEREAS the City Council finds that the vacating of the hereinafter
described portion of said streets is proper and advantageous to all
concerned and will serve the public interest and will not cause injury
or damage to any properties or person, NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RENTON AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The following described portions of 127th Street
and 91st Avenue South, public streets, to --wit:
a. That portion of South 127th Street extending from
the East line of 90th Avenue South to the West line
of Rainier Avenue.

b. That portion of 91st Avenue south from the
North line of Lot 13, Block lei and the North
line of Lot 4, Block 21 to the South line of
Lot 14, Block 19 and the South line of Lot 5,
Block 20,
and all the foregoing being located in Latimer's
Lake Park Addition, Renton, Washington
BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY VACATED; RESERVING HOWEVER UNTO THE CITY OF
R121TON THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED EASEMENTS AND RIGHTS OF WAY FOR ALL PUB-
LIC PURPOSES AND USES, to -wit:
The South ten (10) feet of 91st Avenue South, and the
East ten ( 10) feet of the 'West one hundred (100) feet
of South 127th Street, Renton, King County, Washington.
SECTION II; This Ordinance shall be effective from and
after its passage, approval and legal publication as provided by law.
