RESOLUTION NO. 3102
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO ENTER INTO AN
INTERLOCAL COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH BRYN MAWR WATER AND
SEWER DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the City of Renton requires that sewers be provided
to certain development on the airport property; and
WHEREAS, the City of Renton does not have adequate available
sewers to provide that service; and
WHEREAS, Bryn Mawr Water and Sewer District does have
facilities to provide the sewer service; and
WHEREAS, the City of Renton and Bryn Mawr Water and Sewer
District have negotiated an agreement for provision of sewer to the
affected property;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF' RENTON,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The above recitals are found to be true and
correct in all respects .
SECTION II. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to enter into an Interlocal Cooperative Agreement with the Bryn
Mawr Water and Sewer District to provide sewer services to the
Northwest Seaplanes leased property on the Renton Municipal
Airport.
