RESOLUTION NO. 3113
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO ENTER INTO AN
INTERLOCAL COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH KING COUNTY WATER
DISTRICT NO. 107 REGARDING THE TRANSFER OF SERVICE OF
WATER TO MISTY COVE.
WHEREAS, King County Water District No. 107 (District) and
the City of Renton both have water lines available to provide
service to an area known as Misty Cove; and
WHEREAS, the District wishes to terminate its water service
to Misty Cove; and
WHEREAS, the City has a present ability to provide water
service to Misty Cove;
NOW, '`.THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHI.NGTON, _DO .RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I.- The above recitals are found to be true and
correct in all respects .
SECTION II. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to enter into an Interlocal Cooperative Agreement .with King County
Water District No. 107 concerning the transfer of service for
customers to Misty Cove from the District to the City.

1995 .
