RESOLUTION NO. 3129
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO ENTER INTO
INTERLOCAL COOPERATIVE AGREEMENTS WITH THE WASHINGTON
STATE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR FUNDING OF THE
HOUSER WAY RELOCATION PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City of Renton and the Washington State Department
of Transportation have previously entered into CAG-92-082 involving
funding for the work on the Houser Way Relocation Project; and
WHEREAS, the parties have previously supplemented this
agreement twice; and
WHEREAS, it will be necessary to continue to supplement this
agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The above recitals are found to be true and
correct in all respects .
SECTION II. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign supplements to CAG-92-082 or additional contracts for that
work dealing with funding for the Houser Way Relocation Project.
SECTION III. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to accept additional grant awards and sign all documents as required
. therefor.
