RESOLUTION NO. 3030.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN THE 1993
CONSERVATION FUTURES INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, King County has, through its Office of Open Space,
made monies available for the purchase of certain open space
properties located within King County; and
WHEREAS, King County Council, by ordinance, has approved the
allocation of funds to projects which include projects within the
City of Renton; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to document the terms and conditions
of the use of these funds prior to receipt of those funds; and
WHEREAS, such terms and conditions are detailed in the
Interlocal Cooperative Agreement between King County and the City of
Renton, 1993 Regional Conservation Futures Acquisition Program;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The above recitals are found to be true and
correct in all respects .
SECTION II. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to enter into an Interlocal Cooperative Agreement between King
County and the City of Renton, 1993 Regional Conservation Futures
Acquisition Program.
