RESOLUTION NO. 3061
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO ENTER INTO A
PROJECT AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION PROPOSAL WITH THE
WASHINGTON STATE TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT BOARD (PARK
AVENUE N/SR 900 FROM BRONSON WAY N. TO N. 10TH STREET) .
WHEREAS, the City of Renton is proposing to do certain work on
Park Avenue N. (SR 900) from Bronson Way N. to N. 10th Street; and
WHEREAS, the Transportation Improvement Board has funds
available in the Urban Arterial Trust Account to assist the City in
that effort; and
WHEREAS, the City has made a proposal to the Transportation
Improvement Board for funds from the Urban Arterial Trust Account;
.and
WHEREAS, the Transportation .Improvement Board wishes to make
�those._funds -available;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I. The above recitals are found to be true and
correct in all respects .
SECTION II. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to enter into a Project Agreement for Construction proposal with
the Transportation Improvement Board for funds from the Urban
Arterial Trust Account for the project on Park Avenue N. (SR 900)
from Bronson Way N. to N. 10th Street.
