RESOLUTION NO. 3062
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
DESIGNATING THE DEMAND DEPOSIT ACCOUNT DEPOSITORY AND
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT THEREFOR.
WHEREAS, the City of Renton heretofore called for bid
proposals for the furnishing of demand deposit account and other
commercial banking services required by the City of Renton, all in
accordance with the Specifications; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said call, bid proposals were received
and opened on or about April 15, 1994; and
WHEREAS, the proposal submitted by U. S. Bank was thereafter on
May 23, 1994 accepted by the City Council .of the City of Renton as
the lowest and most benef-i.c,ial offer to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The above recitals are found to be true and
correct in all respects .
SECTION II. The City hereby designates U. S. Bank to be the
demand deposit account depository for the City of Renton for a
period of three (3) years, or as otherwise specified in the
attached Agreement, commencing as of July 1, 1994 .
SECTION III . The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute the attached Agreement, which is
incorporated herein as if fully set forth, between the City of
Renton and U. S . Bank.
