RESOLUTION NO. 3063
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO ENTER INTO AN
INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF RENTON AND THE
SKYWAY WATER 'AND SEWER DISTRICT ESTABLISHING SERVICE
BOUNDARIES.
WHEREAS, the City of Renton and the Skyway Water and Sewer
District are qualified and able to provide sewer service within
their service areas; and
WHEREAS, it is in the public interest for the City of Renton
and Skyway Water and Sewer District to provide for the efficient
planning and development of new sewer services in areas which may
be served by either or both of the parties;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE. CITY COUNCIL OF THE. CITY. OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:'
SECTION I. The above recitals are found to be. true and
correct in all respects .
SECTION II. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to enter into an Interlocal Cooperative Agreement with the Skyway
Water and Sewer District establishing service boundaries between
the City of Renton and Skyway Water and Sewer District.
