RESOLUTION NO. 3093
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO ENTER INTO AN
AMENDMENT TO THE INTERLOCAL COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH
KING COUNTY FOR THE PURPOSE OF PARTICIPATING IN THE HOME
INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City of Renton adopted Resolution No. 2987
authorizing the City to enter into an Interlocal Cooperative
Agreement with King County for participation in the Home Investment
Partnerships Program; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable to enter into an amendment to
such Interlocal Cooperative Agreement to modify the title and powers
of what was previously known as the Joint Policy Committee, to now
be known as the Joint Recommendations Committee;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The above recitals are found to be true and
correct in all respects .
SECTION II. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to enter into Amendment No. l to the Joint Cooperation Agreement
Between King County, as an Urban County, and the City of Renton for
the Purposes of the Home Investment Partnerships Program.
