RESOLUTION NO. 3017
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY. CLERK TO ENTER INTO AN
INTERLOCAL COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH THE WASHINGTON
STATE DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT REIMBURSING THE
CITY FOR LOANED PERSONNEL.
WHEREAS, the Washington State Department of Community
Development (hereinafter "State" ) has need for persons experienced
in implementing the Growth Management Act; and
WHEREAS, the City has the experienced personnel available to
perform such tasks; and
WHEREAS, the State desires to have the City perform certain
tasks for it; and
WHEREAS, the . State has funds available: to pay the City for
such assistance; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and advisable to formalize the
agreement to reimburse the City for its loaned personnel;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I . The above recitals are found to be true and
correct in all respects .
SECTION II . The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign the Interlocal Cooperative Agreement with the Washington

State Department of Community Development to reimburse the City for
City loaned personnel.
