RESOLUTION NO. 2931
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, APPROVING
FINAL PLAT (YOUNG ADDITION FINAL PLAT; FILE NO. FP-045-92)
WHEREAS, a petition for the approval of a final plat for the
subdivision of a certain tract of land as hereinafter more
particularly described, located within the City of Renton, has
heretofore been duly approved by the Hearing Examiner; and
WHEREAS, after due investigation the Hearing Examiner has
considered and recommended the approval of said final plat, and such
approval being deemed proper and advisable and in the public
interest.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The final plat heretofore submitted and approved
by the Hearing Examiner pertaining to the following described real
estate, to wit:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as
if fully set forth
(Property, 2 acres, is located at 1623 Union Avenue N.E. )
be and the same is hereby approved as such plat, subject to the laws
and ordinances of the City of Renton, and subject to the findings,
conclusions, and decision of the Hearing Examiner dated August 17 ,
1992, and subject further to restrictive covenants filed under King
County Auditor ' s File No. 921016-1661 . and which said
covenants are hereby incorporated and made a part hereof as if fully
set forth.

That portion of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter
of Section 4, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M., in King County, Washington,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of
the Southeast quarter, said Section;
Thence North 88° 09' 32" West 30 feet to the point of beginning;
Thence North 0° 59' 25" East 185.00 feet;
Thence North 89° 26' 32" West 400.10 feet;
Thence North 88° 09' 32" West 84.77 feet;
Thence South 0° 59' 25" West 176.00 feet;
Thence South 88° 09' 32" East 484.77 feet, to the point of beginning.
