RESOLUTION NO. 2940
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO ENTER INTO AN
INTERLOCAL COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH VALLEY
COMMUNICATIONS CENTER RELATING TO CHARGES FOR REPAIR AND
MAINTENANCE WORK OF COMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Renton and Valley Communications Center
have previously entered into an agreement under which the City of
Renton provides repair and maintenance work of communications
equipment; and
WHEREAS, it is periodically necessary to revise the contract
to reflect the appropriate level of work and current labor charges;
and
WHEREAS, the parties have negotiated a contract amendment to
reflect current levels of labor and labor charges .
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The above recitals are found to be true and
correct in all respects .
SECTION II . The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to enter into an Interlocal Cooperative Agreement with Valley
Communications Center relating to charges for repair and
maintenance work of communications equipment.
