RES2831 ' CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON RESOLUTION NO. 2831 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, APPROVING FINAL PLAT (KOHL EXCAVATING COMPANY) ; FILE NO. FP-117-90) WHEREAS, a petition for the approval of a final plat for the subdivision of a certain tract of land as hereinafter more particularly described, located within the City of Renton, has heretofore been duly approved by the hearing examiner; and WHEREAS, after due investigation the hearing examiner has considered and recommended the approval of said final plat, and such approval being deemed proper and advisable and in the public interest. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS : SECTION I . The final plat heretofore submitted and approved by the hearing examiner pertaining to the following described real estate, to wit: See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth (Property ( 1 . 27 acres) located on the north side of Sunset Boulevard West (S .R. 900 ) between 80th (King County) and Oakesdale Avenue (81st Avenue in King County) be and the same is hereby approved as such plat, subject to the laws and ordinances of the City of Renton, and subject to the findings, conclusions, and decision of the hearing examiner dated December 6, 1990 . Specifically, the applicant must create a homeowners ' association to maintain common facilities including the fence, landscaping and storm drainage system. 1 �I ?
