RENTON, WA 98055 CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON RESOLUTION NO. 2838 41 .3.194 1A c C D Fif. 0101 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHX_1 Q,4 y 1 -f t-';0 SEGREGATING ASSESSMENTS RE LID #314 - Parcel 12 (south of SW 19th Street) WHEREAS the City of Renton has been requested to segregate certain assessments for Local Improvement District No. 314 as it relates to Parcel 12; and-,, x �r WHEREAS the original assessment roll for LID #314 was approved Julie 1.1` 1984; and WHEREAS Parcel 12 is legally described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto :arid made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein; and . WHEREAS the amount of the original assessment for Parcel 12 was $182,5010.6, which assessment has now been paid down to the sum of $127,440.43; and WHEREAS Parcel 12 has been segregated into three parcels, Parcel 12A, and 1213; and 12C; and WHEREAS Parcels 12A, 12B and 12C are legally described on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein as if fully set forth; and WHEREAS this segregation will not jeopardize the security of the lien for such assessment or reduce the security for any outstanding Local Improvement District obligations payable from such assessment; Q NOW THEREFORE C? THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I: The Finance Director of the City of Renton is ordered to segregate the original assessment on Parcel 12 of LID #314 between Parcels 12A, 1213, and 12C, as legally described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto with the tracts bearing the following assessments: Parcel 12A - $4,601.79 Parcel 12B - $87,114.67 Parcel 12C - $35,723.97 SECTION II: The total of these segregated assessments equal the total unpaid assessment before segregation and if that should not be, then each assessment will be increased proportionately until the sum of the two will total the unpaid assessment before segregation. RESOLUTION NO. 2838 SECTION III: As part of the segregation, the Finance Director of the City of Renton will collect a fee of $10.00 for each tract for which segregation was made for a total of $30.00. SECTION IV: The City of Renton chooses to charge its reasonable engineering and clerical costs for this segregation in the amount of $75.00. PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 22nd day of April 1991.
