RESOLUTION NO. 2770
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN
INTERLOCAL COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH PACIFIC MEDICAL
CENTER.
WHEREAS, Pacific Medical Center is a public corporation
planning to do business in the City of Renton; and
WHEREAS, Pacific Medical Center is sponsored by the City of
Seattle thus necessitating an interlocal agreement between the City
of Renton and the City of Seattle if it is to do business within the
City of Renton; and
WHEREAS, the Renton City Council finds it to be in the public
interest to permit Pacific Medical Center to do business within the
City of Renton.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The above recitals are hereby found to be true and
correct.
SECTION II: The Mayor, or his designee, and the City Clerk are
hereby authorized and directed to sign the Interlocal Cooperative
Agreement with the City of Seattle permitting Pacific Medical Center
to do business within the City of Renton.
