CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 2772
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, APPROVING
FINAL PLAT (DAN SWANSON/SWAN MEADOW FILE NO. FP-038-89)
WHEREAS, a petition for the approval of a final plat for the
subdivision of a certain tract of land as hereinafter more
particularly described, located within the City of Renton, has
heretofore been duly approved by the hearing examiner; and
WHEREAS, after due investigation the hearing examiner denied
the application for final plat approval, and applicant having
appealed the matter to the City Council of the City of Renton, and
the City Council at its regular meeting of August 7, 1989, modified
the conditions of the hearing examiner's decision dated June 12,
1989, and approved the final plat, and such approval being deemed
proper and advisable and in the public interest,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The final plat heretofore submitted and approved by
the city council pertaining to the following described real estate,
to wit:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as
if fully set forth
(Property, approximately 2. 965 acres, located at the 1400-
1500 block of Camas Avenue N.E. )
be and the same is hereby approved as such plat, subject to the laws
and ordinances of the City of Renton, and subject to the findings,
conclusions, and decision of the hearing examiner dated June 12,

1989 .
