RESOLUTION NO. 2773
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, REPEALING
RESOLUTION NO. 2630.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2630 established annexation procedures
for the City of Renton; and
WHEREAS, changes in statutes and Boundary Review Board
procedures have made Resolution No. 2630 outdated; and
WHEREAS, the Renton City Council has adopted an administrative
annexation policy and procedure at its meeting on October 23, 1989 .
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The above recitals are hereby found to be true and
correct.
SECTION II: Resolution No. 2630 is hereby repealed.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 20th day of November ,
1989 .
