RESOLUTION NO. 2714
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN INTERLOCAL
COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT FOR JAIL SERVICES WITH THE CITIES
OF HUNTS POINT AND NORMANDY PARK, WASHINGTON
WHEREAS the City of Renton has jail services available, and
WHEREAS the Cities of Hunts Point and Normandy Park are in
need of additional jail services, NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The above recitals are found to be true and
correct in all respects.
SECTION II: The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into an
Interlocal Agreement with the Cities of Hunts Point and Normandy
Park for jail services with the City of Renton.
