RESOLUTION NO. 2716
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN INTERLOCAL
COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT FOR JAIL SERVICES WITH THE
CITY OF YARROW POINT, WASHINGTON.
WHEREAS the City of Renton has jail services available, and
WHEREAS the City of Yarrow Point is in need of additional
jail services, NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS;
SECTION I : The above recitals are found to be true and
correct in all respects .
SECTION II : The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into an
Interlocal Agreement with the City of Yarrow Point for jail
services with the City of Renton.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 11th day of April, 1988 .
