RESOLUTION NO. 2721
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
DOCUMENTS REQUESTING ALLOCATION FOR FEDERAL FUNDS.
WHEREAS the City of Renton, Washington, has heretofore made
application for certain Federal and State Aid Grant Projects, and
WHEREAS the implementation of said projects requires the
execution of certain documents relating thereto including the
allocation and expenditure of Federal Funding as follows:
Federal Aid Safety Program (FASP) and Federal Aviation
Administration-Airport Improvement Program (FAA/AIP) .
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The above recitals are hereby found to be true and
correct.
SECTION II. The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Renton,
Washington, are hereby authorized and directed to execute and
deliver unto appropriate governmental agencies any and all documents
relating to the allocation and expenditure of Federal Aid Funding
including the following project descriptions, to-wit:
Rainier Avenue South/Airport Way South-Safety Improvements
(FASP) .
Airport Pavement Rehabilitation (FAA/AIP) .
SECTION III. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to certify
this Resolution in sufficient copies and furnish same to the
appropriate governmental agencies.
