RESOLUTION NO. 2672
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON AUTHORIZING
PARTICIPATION IN THE .GYPSY CREEK DRAINAGE PROJECT
WHEREAS it is necessary to do certain storm drainage work
' in the vicinity of N.E. 44th Street and I-405; and
WHEREAS such work involves property under the jurisdiction
of both the City of Renton and the State of Washington; and
WHEREAS the parties wish to jointly proceed with that
work; and
WHEREAS the parties wish to contract to share the cost of
that project evenly, up to a maximum expenditure by the State
of $70,000 .00; NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The above recitals are true and correct.
SECTION II: The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to
sign an agreement between the City of Renton and the State of
Washington providing for State participation in the Gypsy Creek
Drainage Project up to a maximum contribution of
$70 ,000 .00 .
