RESOLUTION NO. 2648
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF- RENTON, WASHINGTON
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AUTOMATIC AID CONTRACT
WITH KING COUNTY FIRE DISTRICT NO. 40 REDEFINING
BOUNDARIES
WHEREAS the City of Renton finds it necessary to redefine
the boundaries for automatic fire/aid response with King County
Fire District No. 40; and
WHEREAS an agreement has been reached by the parties and
it is necessary for the Council to authorize the City of Renton to
enter into such an agreement, NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The above recitals are found to be true and

correct in all respects.
SECTION II: The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to
execute said agreement.
