RESOLUTION NO. 2589
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
PROVIDING FOR THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to transfer the below-
specified funds to provide necessary adjustments to 1984 expenditure
appropriations:
1) Street Fund - Street lighting electricity appropriation is
not sufficient to cover 1984 expenses; transfer from Ending
Fund Balance required.
2) 1% For Art Fund - Transfer to expenditure appropriation is
done after 1% for art expenses are known and expended in
accordance with policy; transfer from Ending Fund Balance
required,
and such transfer being necessary and in the public interest and for
the public benefit, NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and
directed to make the following transfer:
FROM: Street Fund - Ending Fund Balance Appropriation
a/c 104/000/00.508.00.00.00 . . . . . . 0 . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $37,872.00
UNTO: Street Fund - Street Lighting Electricity Appropriation
a/c 104/000/15.542.63.47.01 . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $37,872.00
FROM: 1% For Art Fund - Ending Fund Balance Appropriation
a/c 125/000/00. 508.00.00.00 . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $ 9,350.00
UNTO: 1% For Art Fund - Expenditure Appropriation
a/c 125/000/03.513.21.64.14 . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $ 9,350.00
