Attachment to King County Recording #8805090420 818-11 10-1107 40 1 S-10 mCITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON ASHSL L)o RESOLUTION NO. 2624 0 (T) A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON SEGREGATING ASSESSMENTS RE LID #321 U WHEREAS the City of Renton has been requested to segregate c.� certain assessments for Local Improvement District No. 321 as it relates 7 C to parcel V thereof, and (71 O WHEREAS the original assessment roll for LID #321 was ti CD approved July 23, 1983, and CD co WHEREAS Parcel is legally described on Exhibit "A" 00 attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein; and 7 WHEREAS the amount of the original assessment for Parcel was $7, 988 . 40 , which assessment has now been paid down to the sum of $5, 591 .88 ; and 7 WHEREAS Parcel ? has been separated into two parcels, 7 7 Parcels $A and �B, and 7 7 WHEREAS the present owners of Parcels $A and OB have entered into an agreement to segregate the assessment based upon the 7 respective areas of their ownership, with Parcel $A assuming 42 . 60 of 7 the assessments and Parcel FB assuming 57 . 4% of the assessments, and WHEREAS such percentages would segregate the assessments on the same basis as the original assessments, and 7 7 WHEREAS Parcels ?A and VB are legally described on Exhibit "B" incorporated herein and made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein; and WHEREAS this segregation will not jeopardize the security of the lien for such assessments or reduce the serkh l'URfM AT REQUEST OF OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK RENTON MUNICIPAL BLDG. 200 MILL AYE$0. RENTON,WA 98655 RESOLUTION NO.. 2624 outstanding Local Improvement District obligations payable from such assessment, NOW THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: 0-1 ti SECTION I: The Finance Director of the City of Renton O 7 0 is ordered to segregate the original assessment on Parcel $ of LID #321 7 7 CO CO between Parcels VA and $B as legally described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto with the tracts bearing the following assessments: 7 Parcel $A - $2 , 382 .14 7 Parcel ?B - $3,209 . 74 SECTION II: The total of these segregated assessments equal the total unpaid assessment before segregation and if that should not be, then each assessment will be increased proportionately until the sum of the two will total the unpaid assessment before segregation. SECTION III: As part of the segregation, the Finance Director of the City of Renton will collect a fee of $10 . 00 for each tract for which segregation was made for a total of $20 .00 . SECTION IV: The City of Renton chooses to charge its reasonable engineering and clerical costs for this segregation in the amount of $ 75 . 00 .
