' RESOLUTION N0. 2552
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
AUTHORIZING ENTRY INTO A MARINE PATROL SERVICE
AGREEMENT
WHEREAS the City of Renton has need for a Marine Patrol
Service, and
WHEREAS the City of Renton does not have available the
trained personnel and equipment for a Marine Patrol Service, and II
WHEREAS the City of Mercer Island has available trained
personnel and equipment for Marine Patrol Services , and
WIiEREAS the two cities wish to en.ter into an interlocal
cooperative agreement for the �urnishing of Marine Patrol Services
to the City of Renton, NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The above recitals are true and correct .
SECTION II : The City of Renton is authorized to enter
into an interlocal Cooperative Agreement with the City of Mercer
Island for Marine Patrol SErvices and the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized to sign an Interlocal Cooperative Agreement for
those purposes .
