RESOLUTION NO. 2567
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
ESTABLISHING A TIME AND DATE FOR SALE BY THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FOR UNPAID
LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS certain property owned by GVR, Inc . was included
in Local Improvement District No . 284 and No . 291 , and
WHEREAS the assessments for that property were not paid
as they became due , and
WHEREAS the City of Renton initiated a lawsuit to foreclose
upon these past due assessments under King County Cause No . 84-2-04766-6
and
WHEREAS the City has obtained a judgment foreclosing those
Local Improvement District assessments and directing the Finance
Director to hold a foreclosure sale, and
WHEREAS it is necessary for the City Council of the City of
Renton to establish the time and date for such foreclosure sale , now
therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The above recitals are true and correct
- SECTION II : The date of October 19, 1984 is hereby established
as the date for the Finance Director ' s foreclosure sale and that sale
shall take place on the steps of Renton Municipal Building at 9 :OO A.M.
