RESOLUTION NO. 2488
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
AUTHORIZING INTERLOCAL COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH
CITY OF TUKWILA
WHEREAS the City of Renton has found it advisable to extend
its animal control services to the City of Tukwila; and
WHEREAS the City of Tukwila has agreed to compensate the
City of Renton for this service for the benefit of the City of
Tukwila; and
WHEREAS it is necessary to memorialize such terms and
conditions by means of an Interlocal Cooperative Agreement, NOW
THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON DO RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I : The above recitals are found to bei true and
correct.
SECTION II: The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized to
execute an Interlocal Cooperative Agreement with the City of Tukwila
for extension of City of Renton' s animal control services to the City
of Tukwila.
