RESOLTUION NO. 2502
A RESOLUTION OF THE CI'1177.t OF }ZENTOPd, WASi3I:J(iT()N'
AUTHORIZING ENTRY INTO CONTRACT WITH PUGET
SOUND COUNCIL OF GOVEW.- NEINTS
WHEREAS the Puget Sound Council of Governments (PSCOG)
has requested local municipalities to submit proposals for expenditures
of additional Federal gas tax monies, and
WHEREAS the City of Renton did submit a proposal dealing
with a transportation study of the FAI-405 Corridor, and
WHEREAS PSCOG has accepted this project as proposed, and
WHEREAS it is necessary for the City Council to authorize
the City of Renton to enter into any agreement for such study, and
IMER.EAS, such study appears to be in the best interest
of the City of Penton,
NOW THEREFORE, SHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENON,
WASHINGTON DO RESOLVE, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I: The above facts and recitals are true and
correct in all respects .
SECTION II: The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to enter into a contract with Puget Sound Council of Governments
(PSCOG) .
