RESOLUTION NO. 2522 9377
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
REQUESTING THE COUNTY TO ADD All ADDITIONAL
PROJECT TO THE STREET FORWARD THRUST PROGRAM
WHEREAS the City of Renton heretofore passed and approved
Resolution No . 1616 in compliance with Sections 5 and 6 of King
County Resolution No . 34569, and
WHEREAS the City heretofore passed and approved Resolution
Nos . 1624, 1754, 2205 and 2377 relating to certain Forward Thrust
Arterial Improvement Projects and the funding thereof provided
and to be provided from Forward Thrust Bond issues , and

WHEREAS since th-e last mentioned Resolution certain project
needs have been further modified and amended, and
WHEREAS Sections 5 and 6 of the aforesaid King County
Resolution permit the City to authorize such amendments and modi-
fications and in order to bring all of said projects current , NOW
THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The above recitals are hereby found to be true and
correct in all respects . City of Renton Resolution Nos . 1616, 1624,
1754, 2205 and 2377 are hereby futher amended and modified so as
to bring current and up to date the projects specified in King
County Resolution No . 34569 , as amended by King County Ordinances
Nos . 843, No . 988 and No . 6262 :

1. Add the following new project listing :
Item (39) N.E. 4th Street from Monroe Avenue N.E. to
Union Avenue N.E.
SECTION II : _ All other terms and provisions of City of Renton
Resolution Nos . 1616, 1624, 1754, 2205 and 2377 , except as other-
wise hereinafter amended and modified, shall remain in full force
and effect.
