WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to transfer
the below specified funds and such transfer being necessary and in
the public interest and for the public benefit , NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON , WASHINGTON ,
DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS :
