RESOLUTION NO. 2456
WHEREAS the City of Renton has previously approved a Short
Plat , pursuant to the requirements of RCW 58. 17 for property described
on Exhibit "A" , and
WHEREAS the owners of three fourths (3/4) in number and area
of the subject Short Plat , pursuant to RCW 58 . 12 . -re desirous, of
vacating said Short Plat , known as Mary Ryan Short Plat , Lots 1 thru 4 .
and a public hearing having been held on May 17 , 1982 , due notice of
such hearing having been given in the manner provided by law, and all
persons having been heard appearing in favor or in opposition thereto ;
NOW THEREFORE , THE CITY COUN CIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON , DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS :
SECTIOiV I : The Short Plat described on Exhibit "A" attached
hereto is vacated.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 24thday of May , 1982 .
