RESOLUTION NO . 2467_
WHEREAS King County has located certain of its facilities
including shops and a building to house the District Court , within the
City limits of the City of Renton , and
WHEREAS king County and the City of Renton desire to
jointly develop roads and appurtenant improvements to serve the
County facilities and the City facilities , those roads being
Monroe Avenue N. E. and N. E . 2nd, and
WHEREAS it is necessary to authorize the Mayor to enter
into an Interlocal Cooperative Agreement for the development of those
roads , now therefore ,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF R.ENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The above recitals are found to be true and
correct in all respects .
SECTION II : The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter
into an Interlocal Cooperative Agreement with King County to develop
Monroe Avenue N. E . and T1. E. 2nd Street and appurtenant road improvement
