CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO . 2475
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RENTON DESIGNATING BOB BERGSTROM, E14GINEERING
SUPERVISOR AS REPRESENTATIVE OR D014 MONAGHAN ,
OFFICE ENGINEER AS ALTERNATE TO SERVE ON THE
METROPOLITAN WATER POLLUTION ABATEMENT ADVISORY
COM1.IITTEE
WHEREAS RCW 35 . 58 . 210 provides for each metropolitan
municipal corporation, authorized to perform water pollution abatement ,
to establish a Metropolitan Water Pollution Abatement Committee to be
composed of representatives of each component city and county within
such metropolitan municipal corporation; and
WHEREAS , the Municipality of Metropolitan Seattle (Metro)
has established such a water pollution abatement advisory committee ;
and .
WHEREAS , the City wishes to establish a new officially
designated representative to said committee ; and
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Renton finds it to
be in the interest of the City to be represented on said Metropolitan
Water Pollution Abatement Advisory Committee ;
NOW THEREFORE , THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DO
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The above recital are found to be true and correct
in all respects .
SECTION II : Robert E. Bergstrom, Jr . is hereby designated
as the representative of the City of Renton to the Metropolitan Water
Pollution Abatement Advisory Committee and Donald Monaghan is hereby
designated as alternate to said committee .
SECTION III : A conformed copy of this resolution shall be
forwarded to the Metropolitan Water Pollution Abatement Advisory
Committee in care of Hanford Choate , Metro , M/S 82 , Seattle , WA 98104

1982 .
