WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to transfer the
below specified funds for the purpose of 1980 General Obligation
Bond interest payment , pending receipt of property taxes and
and such transfer being necessary and in the public interest
and for the public benefit , NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized
and directed to make the following cash transfer:
FROM: Coulon Beach Construction #315 $466, 000.00
UNTO: 1980 Unlimited G.O. Bond Fund #208 $466, 000. 00
said funds are to be returned to the Coulon Beach Construction
Fund upon receipt of sufficient property tax monies in the
1980 G.O. Bond Fund. No interest is required.
