RESOLUTION NO. 2400
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to transfer the
below specified funds to provide financing for a Gabion/Path Project
along the Cedar River in the vicinity of the Main Library to the
Bronson Way Bridge, said project to be accomplished by the Street Fund,
and such transfer being necessary and in the public interest and for
the public beneift , NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON DO
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized
and directed to make the following transfer of funds:
