RESOLUTION NO. 2422
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to transfer the
below specified funds to provide for payment of legal fees for
acquisition of Parker Property and such transfer being necessary
and in the public interest and for the public benefit, NOW THEPEFORI
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON , WASHINGTON,
DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized
and directed to make the following transfer :

UNTO : Parks Facilities
