RESOLUTION NO. 2319
WHEREAS a petition for the approval of a final plat for the subdivision of
a certain tract of land as hereinafter more particularly described, located within the
City of Renton has heretofore has been duly approved by the Hearing Examiner; and
WHEREAS after due investigation the Planning Department has considered
and recommended the approval of said final plat and no public hearing being held, and
such approval being deemed proper and advisable and in the public interest, NOW
THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The final plat heretofore submitted and approved by the Hearing
Examiner, pertaining to the. following described real estate, to-wit:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof
as if fully set forth.
(Property located northeast quadrant of N.E. 3rd and
Edmonds Ave N.E., south of N.E. 5th Place and west of
Index Place N.E. (Wall & Redekop Corp. FP-439-79))
be and the same is hereby approved as such plat, subject to the laws and ordinances
of the City of Renton, and subject to the findings, conclusions and decision dated
February 5, 1980, of the City's Hearing Examiner.
