RESOLUTION NO. 2321
WHEREAS the City of Renton heretofore called for bid
proposals for the furnishing of demand deposit account and other
commercial banking services required by the City of Renton, all in
accordance with the Specifications , 'and .
WHEREAS pursuant to said ;Call, bid proposals were
received and opened on or about February 15, 1980, and
WHEREAS the proposal submitted by PEOPLES NATIONAL BANK
OF WASHINGTON was thereafter on March 10 , 1980 , accepted by
the City Council of the City of Renton as the lowest and most beneficial
offer to the City,
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The City hereby designates Peoplesles National
Bank of Washington, Renton Branch, to be the demand deposit account
period of w ( ) years ,

two depository for the City of Renton for p
or as otherwise specified in the attached Agreement , commencing as
of May 1, 1980.
SECTION II : The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute the attached Agreement, which is incorporated
herein as if fully set forth, tetween the City of Renton and Peoples
National Bank of Washington, Renton Branch.
