CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO.
2360
WHEREAS a petition for the approval of a final plat for the
subdivision of a certain tract of land as hereinafter more particularly
described, located within the City of Renton has heretofore been
duly approved by the Hearing Examiner; and
WHEREAS after due investigation the Hearing Examiner has
considered and recommended the approval of said final plat and no

public hearing being held, and such approval being deemed proper
and advisable and in the public interest , NOW THEREFORE
i
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO �
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS : !
SECTION I : The final plat heretofore submitted and approved
b the Hearin Examiner,
y g pertaining to the following described
real estate, to-wit :
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof
as if fully set forth.
(Property located on West side of Union Avenue N.E.
between N.E. 6th and N.E. 7th Street - Siegfried Ulrich
(Union "Circle)
be and the same is hereby approved as such plat , subject to the laws
and ordinances of the City of Renton, and subject to the findings ,
conclusions and decision dated August 5 , 1980 of the City' s Hearing

Examiner.
