CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF RENTON BE IT ORDAINED BY. THE. CITY .COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AS .FOLLOWS : SECTION I : The City. Council of the City of Renton by Ordinance No. 3199 did authorize the condemnation of certain property within the City limits of the City of Renton ostensibly known as the "Parker property, SECTION II : Condemnation trial in this matter was held in the King County Superior Court from February 18, to February 21 , 1979 result- ing in the establ'ishmerit 'of a fair market value of $179 , 000 .00 . SECTION III: The-City Council has reviewed the valuation established by the Court and. the use intended for the property and has determined that it would be in the public interest and for the public welfare to abandon. the condemnation SECTION IV: Therefore, the City of. Renton does hereby abandon condemnation authorized under Ordinance No. 3199 for the property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto as if fully set, forth ostensibly known as the. "Parker property" condemnation under. KinCounty Cause No. 849414. SECTION V: This Ordinance shall be effective upon its passage, approval and five days after its PP y publication..
