AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
AMENDING A PORTION OF .,CHAPTER 7 OF TITLE IV
(BUILDING.REGULATIONS) OF ORDINANCE NO. 1628
ENTITLED ."CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF RENTON" RELATING TO SETBACKS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : Existing subsection (3) (a) 3 . of Section_
4-706 , Title IV (Building Regulations) of Ordinance No. 1628
entitled "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton" is
hereby amended to read as follows
Section 4-706 (3) (a) . 3. as amended: Setback. Building
and structures shall not be located closer than 100 feet to any
other lot which is zoned: resident.ial :`and is developed with a
single family ,resdence.-
SECTION II :, . The Council .having."found that an emergency.
exists relating to .the .public health safety and welfare, . this
Ordinance shall be .effective .upon its passage, approval and. five
days after its publication.
