ORDINANCE NO. 3395
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
ESTABLISHING A NEW FUND TO BE KNOWN AS THE
"SOUTH END FIRE STATION CONSTRUCTION FUND."
WHEREAS funds have been appropriated in the City of Renton
1980 Budget for a new Fire Station in the South section of the City
for the purpose of acquiring land, excavation, construction of a
building, purchase of operating equipment and manning of the
facility, and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to establish the
"South End Fire Station Construction Fund," NOW THEREFORE-
THE CITY COUNCIL OF .THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, .DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Director of Finance is hereby authorized
and directed to establish a fund known as "South End Fire Station
Construction Fund," fund number designation 314.
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval and five days after its publication.
