ORDINANCE NO. 3416
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS
WHEREAS the City of Renton, Washington has received certain
unanticipated revenues in excess of estimated revenues for the
calendar year 1980 , and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and
transfer from such unanticipated revenue into the belowmentioned fund
to provide for payment of .utilities and any other allowable costs for
rental property known as Natural Zone Acquisition Rentals , obtained
as part of the Cedar River Trail project through grant funding from
Housing and Community Development hereafter referred to as HCD and
from Interagency for Outdoor Recreation hereafter referred to as IAC.
Program income shall be defined as revenues received from said rentals
less utilities costs and any other allowable costs . At the conclusion
of the project , said program income shall be returned to HCD and IAC
proportionately according to the percent of HCD and IAC grant funds
used to purchase the property known as the Jordan/Larue property,
said rentals are a part thereof and such appropriation being necessary
and in the public interest and for the public benefit , NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized
and directed to provide for the following appropriation and transfer:
APPROPRIATE FROM: Current Fund Unanticipated Revenue
Revenue a/c 000/000/000/362. 10. 00. 01 ----- $1 ,680. 00

APPROPRIATE UNTO: Current Fund/HCD Block Grant Division

SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval and five days after its publication.
